An important objective of the project is to develop collaboration with abroad universities in order to create a consortium capable to develop and submit a project proposal under the program Horizon 2020. An opportunity to build and consolidate a viable consortium consists in organizing bi- and multilateral workshops. There are, will be made efforts to increase the visibility of the team by bi- and multilateral research. Thus, several proposals should be prepared and submitted for bilateral projects by participation in joint calls. Multilateral cooperation will be developed through available scientific programs.
